The traditional Council/Commission retreats are <br />conducted as a series of meetings with individual Commissions discussing accomplishments for the past <br />year and proposed new issues to address. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />This retreat, in lieu of the traditional Council Commission Retreat, will consist of the following <br />1. Presentation of the recently adopted 2010-2012 Core Values and Strategic Goals (see attachment) <br />2. Preview of the Town's fiscal and budget situation for next year and beyond <br />3. Leadership Discussion on Town Priorities for the neat two }rears <br />For the last item, the Chairs (or designee) of each Commission will be invited to join the Cowlcil at the <br />center table in the Council Chambers to discuss how the Council adopted priorities for the next two <br />years will affect the v~rork and focus of the Commissions and the community in general.
