I just found out cuccina Bambini is planing to open in los gatos. It's such a great idea. I love it and it will be
closer to us so we can go there more often.

Cucina Bambini commina to Los Gatos
I have heard that Cucina Bambini is applying for a permit to open a second location here in Los
Gatos. As a resident of Los Gatos I want to express what a great fit the business will be for our
community. When my children were in preschool we would often got to Willow Glen to enjoy a
cooking c lass at Cucina Bambini. My youngest still likes to go and enjoy a cooking class. I think the
young families in this community would love to have a place to be able to enjoy cooking with their
kids!

I am the owner of Willow Street Pi zza located ne xt to 22 South Santa Cruz Ave. I am
awa re of the Cu c ina Bambini Conditional Use Application proposed use of the va c ant
space at 22 South Santa Cruz Ave . Willow Street Pizza would like to have Cucina
Bambini as its neighbor. I feel the Cucina Bambini use would be very compatible to ou r
business and the other business in the area and should increase the badly needed foot
traffic on South Santa Cruz Ave. Cucina Bambini would bring a use downtown that do es
not exist. It is family owned and operated. Additionally, it is a combination of a
destination business which also would generate sales tax revenue ..
I strongly recommend the council approval of the Cucina Bambini CUP .

While other businesses hav e found this off-the-beaten-track location to be too challenging
to survive. I believe Cucina Bambini brings a unique range of products and services that
could thriv e despite the foot traffic which other centra l business district business enjoy.
Cucina Bambini will be a de s tination for familie s to share quality tim e, learn life skills and
explore creativ ity.
Cuc in a Bambini is a local fami ly-owned-and-operated business. Cucina Bambini offers
cooking classes for all ages and has a welcomed r e ta il component to it s use. I for one, can
say their epicu rea n product lin e will be a very welcomed addition to the downtown
offe rings.
One of Cucina Bambini s pecialtie s is a chi ldre n's hands-on cooking sc hool that gets rave
reviews. They offe r cu linary ed uc atio n covering a wide range of cooking techniques, a long
