STAFF REMARKS
Subsequent to finalizing the staff report on this matter, the applicant requested that the matter be
continued to allow them time to consider options that may be available to partner with Habitat
for Humanity regarding the BMP unit (Attachment 7). The applicant has requested a minimum
one month continuance. Town Council can detennine the continuance date at the hearing.

Good morning and thank you for having Habitat Humanity contact us about the BMR unit. Since I just met with them
yesterday about their program we would like to ask for a postponement of the council meeting so we can do some due
diligence of the information that they gave us in the meeting. So will this email suffice as our notice to postpone the
meeting.
I also would like to now to talk to you about how the procedure would work if we do work with Habitat.
