APN 529-04-048. <br />The Town's General Plan states that an applicant's project description and/or promises should <br />become conditions of the project approval. Staff offers the following revised and new conditions <br />to more distinctly reflect the applicant's project description in the letters of justification (Exhibits <br />5 & 6).
