ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE <br />DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH GEIER & GEIER CONSULTING TO CONDUCT <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />B. AUTHORIZE A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL <br />CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE AMOUNT OF $96,8741N <br />ACCOUNT 9301-6323'2 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />1. Adopt a resolution authorizing the Executive Director to execute an agreement with Geier <br />& Geier Consulting for preparation of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR). <br />2. Authorize a budget adjustment for environmental consultant services for the amount of <br />$96,874 in Account 9301-63232. <br />BACKGROUND.: <br />On December 23, 2009, the Agency purchased the Dittos Lane property to be used for Affordable <br />Housing.
