0 <br />ORDINANCE No.__XAJ <br />AN ORDINANCE Or THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, COUNTY OF SANTA. <br />CLARA, SPATE Or CALIFORNIA, AMENIT)ING SECTION 3.02, <br />ORDINANCE NO. 392 OF SAID TOWN. <br />The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Sectional District No. 3.02.20 of the Zoning <br />may, <br />!rap of the Town of Los Gatos, which said map was adopted as a <br />part of Ordinance No. 392 of said Town, together with any amend- <br />mients thereto is hereby changed and amended by substituting for <br />Se-ti.onal District No. 3.02.20 as shown on said map, as amended, <br />a new Sectional District No. 3.02.20 a map of which said Sectional <br />District is attached hereto and entitled "Amended Sectional District <br />No. 3.02.20 of the Zoning Hap of the Town of Los Gatos." <br />SECTION 2. Sectional District No. 3.02.20 as shown upon <br />the Zoning Map of the Town of Los Gatos as the same, was adopted <br />as a part of ordinance No. 392, as amended of said Town is hereby <br />repealed. <br />SECTTONT 3. The exterior boundaries of Sectional District <br />i~o. 3.02.20 of the Zoning Nap of t -lie Town of Los Gatos are shown <br />on that certain map entitled "Index Yap to Sectional District <br />ifaps, Zoning Ma;p of the Town of Los Gatos," which said Index leap <br />was adopted as a portion of Ordinance No. 392 of said. Town of <br />Los Gatos on the 29ti-, day of July, 1957, together with any <br />amendments which may have hereafter been made, which said Index <br />Map of Sectional District Maps is referred to in Section 3.02 of <br />said Ordinance No. 392. <br />SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published once in Los <br />Gatos Times-Saratoga observer, a newspaper of general circulation, <br />printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos. <br />-1- <br />
