1. <br />• <br />ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AM.ENDTNG ORDINANCE NO. 276 OF THE TOWN OF IDS GATOS <br />RELATING TO ZONING. <br />WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos finds <br />and deems it necessary for the public interest, health, comfort, <br />convenience, safety and general welfare to amend the Town Ordinance <br />No. 276 by changing the hereinafter described property hereinafter <br />set forth in Section 1 hereof from an "R la residential district <br />to an "R-20 residential district; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that all of the procedural requirements <br />of Section 15 of said Zoning Ordinance No. 276 have been fully <br />complied with; <br />THE TOWN] COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LESS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That Section 4.1 of Ordinance No. 276 of the <br />Town of Los Gatos, a sectional district map, is hereby am.end.ed <br />In part so that the district and boundaries shown thereon, and <br />particularly the parcels described as follows: 8 <br />PARCEL ONE <br />Beginning at a stake in the Northerly line of Church Street, <br />said stare being 50 feet Easterly from the Southeasterly <br />corner of the lands formerly owned by Mary C. Knowles, <br />deceased, and running thence Northerly along the Easterly <br />line of the lands now or formerly of John D. Beard, a <br />distance of 90 feet, to a point which is 50 feet, more or <br />less, Easterly from the Easterly line of the lands formerly <br />owned by Mary C. Knowles, deceased, thence running Easterly <br />83 feet, more or less, to a point in the Westerly line of the <br />Roadway leading from Church Street to the lands of the Los <br />Gatos High School, which said Roadway is sometimes known as <br />an extension of Sixth Street, and which said point is 39 feet, <br />more or less, from the Northerly line of lands now or formerly <br />of E.A.Winning; thence running Southerly along the Westerly <br />line of said Road or Street, 81 feet, more or less, to the <br />Northerly line of Church Street; and thence Westerly along <br />said Northerly line of Church Street, 93 feet, more or less, <br />to the place of beginning. <br />PARCEL TWO <br />Beginning at a stake standing on the Northerly line of Church <br />Street at the Southeast corner of land conveyed by Mary C. <br />Knowles to Cynthia A. Knowles, and Ella K. Yocco by Deed <br />dated September 39, 1898 and recorded January 13, 1899, in <br />Book. 216 of Reeds, page 244, Santa Clara County Records; <br />Thence running Northerly and along the Easterly line of <br />-1- <br />
