INCTU A BOY M -27D INDEE B TEDNE SS <br />The Board of Trustees of the Town of Des Gatos do <br />ordain as follows, to wit <br />SECTION 1, A special election is hereby called for <br />and frail. be held in the Town of Dos Gatos, County of Santa C:tara, <br />State of California, on Tuesday, the 28th day of April; 10"2v, to <br />submit, and at which special election- shall be submitted, to the <br />qualified voters of the said Torn of Los Gatos the proposition to <br />incur a banded indebtedness of and by said town, to wits <br />To incur a bonded indebtedness of Twenty-two Thousand <br />Five Hundred Dollars ($22,500.00) in Gold Coin of the United, States <br />of erica, for d.-Le 07jeet and purpose of paying the cost of acqui- <br />sition, construction and completion of a swing tank and wading <br />pool in Memorial Park in the Town of Dos Gatos, and the acquisi- <br />tion of necessary paraphernalia and equipment therefor, and the <br />I acauisiti n of playground equipment fear said Parr.
