RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt an Ordinance (Attachment 1), by title only, effecting amendments to Chapter 29 (Zoning
Regulations) of the Town Code regarding family daycare home regulations.
DISCUSSION:
On April 7, 2020, the Town Council considered and voted to introduce an Ordinance amending
Chapter 29 (Zoning Regulations) of the Town Code regarding family daycare home regulations.
Adoption of the attached Ordinance (Attachments 1) would finalize this decision.
