RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Amendments to Chapter 11 (Garbage, Refuse and Weeds) of the Town Code regarding
Weed Abatement regulations.
DISCUSSION:
On October 15, 2019, the Town Council considered and voted to introduce an Ordinance
amending Chapter 11 of the Town Code regarding Weed Abatement regulations. Adoption of
the attached Ordinance (Attachment 1) would finalize that decision.
