At your request, TJKM has reviewed the March 22, 2018 Memorandum prepared by Hexagon
Transportation Consultants, Inc. entitled “Traffic Study for the Surrey Farm Estates Development in Los
Gatos, CA.”
Our opinion is that the memorandum accurately and comprehensively describes the traffic conditions
and project impacts under near-term and cumulative conditions. TJKM concurs with the findings of the
Hexagon memorandum.
