Stone, do hereby certify under penalty of perjury that the full cash value of the 17.9 acres of
land, being parcel 532-16-006 is $11,000,000 (eleven million dollars). This is the value to be
used in calculating the cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee, which is determined by multiplying the full cash value by 12.5 percent is
equal to $1,375,000 (one million three hundred seventy five thousand dollars). This is the
amount of the cancellation fee.
