A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SENIOR
CITIZENS' TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the
Town of Los Gatos enter into that AGREEMENT entitled SENIOR
CITIZENS' TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT with Frank E. Crum (dba
as the Yellow Cab Company of Los Gatos), a copy of which is
attached hereto, and that the Mayor is authorized and he is
hereby directed to execute said Agreement in the name and in
behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, at a _ regular meeting held on the
16th day of June 1 1975, by the following vote:
