CONSIDER AN APPEAL OF A PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION DENYING A
REQUEST TO DEMOLISH THREE EXISTING OFFICE BUILDINGS AND
CONSTRUCT A NEW, TWO-STORY OFFICE BUILDING WITH UNDERGROUND
PARKING ON PROPERTY ZONED CH. APN 529-23-018.
REMARKS:
The attached geotechnical consultant letter (Attachment 24) was prepared by the Applicant’s
consultant (ENGEO) in response to construction settlement and dewatering monitoring
concerns.
A peer review of Attachment 24 was prepared by the Town’s consultant (Amec Foster Wheeler)
and is included as Attachment 25. The December 12, 2017 letter, referenced by Amec Foster
Wheeler, is in Attachment 3 (Exhibit 19).
Mayor Rennie observed traffic in preparation for the continued hearing on the Alberto office
proposal. Attachment 26 contains his observations and is attached to this Addendum to
disclose information to the Council and the public.
