FINDINGS: Required Findings for CEQA: • It has been determined that there is no possibility that this project will have a significant impact on the environment; therefore, the project is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act, Section 15061 (b)(3): Review for exemption. Required Findings for General Plan: • The proposed amendments to Chapter 29 of the Town Code regarding required parking requirements for restaurants are consistent with the General Plan.
