New ADU regulations in Los Gatos
Ahead of the upcoming town council meeting tomorrow, I wanted to provide some input and add my
wholehearted support for these proposed new rules.
It will be wonderful to make productive use of the attic space that has been sitting unused for 128 years. In my
case, I have my brother and his wife moving back to California to retire after living in Arizona for 30 years, and
they would not otherwise have been able to afford to live in the bay area.
By recapturing my existing attic space I will have my family together once again.
Thanks again for all your leadership and to the town council for making good things happen in Los Gatos.
