RE: Habitat for Humanity Proposal – Los Gatos Town Property 20 Dittos Lane
Dear Mr. Arn Andrews,
Based on the proposal submitted by 381 Pennsylvania Avenue, LLC, it has been brought to our
awareness that there is a legality issue with the access of the site via Dittos Lane, regarding no
known easement from the neighboring property of 18 Dittos Lane. In light of this, Habitat
would like to state that the preferred option from the proposals that we have submitted is
Proposal 2, stating that a minimum of twelve (12) units are to be constructed, and access to the
site is to be developed from College Avenue, avoiding the legality issues associated via access
through Dittos Lane.
