SUBJECT: TOWN CODE AMENDMENT APPLICATION A-17-003. PROJECT LOCATION:
TOWN WIDE. APPLICANT: TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
ADOPT AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 29 (ZONING REGULATIONS)
OF THE TOWN CODE REGARDING ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 29 of the Town Code regarding accessory dwelling units
(Attachment 1).
DISCUSSION:
On January 16, 2018, the Council considered and voted to introduce an Ordinance amending
Chapter 29 of the Town Code regarding accessory dwelling units, with specific changes
identified and agreed upon by a majority of the Council. Adoption of the attached Ordinance
(Attachment 1) would finalize that decision.
