REMARKS:
Questions received from Council Members are outlined below and followed by staff’s
responses.
• How many existing housing units are there on the remaining portion of the N40
Specific Plan area?
There are approximately 16 existing housing units on the remaining portion of the N40
Specific Plan area.
• What is the square footage of one of the new Netflix buildings and the current Alberto
proposal?
The new Netflix buildings are approximately 105,000 square feet for the 3-story
buildings and approximately 137,000 square feet for the 4-story buildings. The current
proposal for the Alberto Way property is 74,260 square feet.

REMARKS (Continued):
• What is the sq. footage of the continous care facilities at the Terraces and on Wood
Road?
Staff has not been able to obtain accurate information regarding the square footage of
these facilities using existing Town data. Staff will continue to explore other options for
acquiring this information before the meeting.
• What are the options, if any, if a Councilmember supports Proposed Amendment A,
but not Proposed Amendment B? Are we considering the Ordinance as a whole, or
parsing it out? If as a whole, can I vote "Aye, with the exception of Proposed
Amendment B?"
The Council may adopt the amendments under a single motion with Council Members
indicating any opposition to a specific amendment. Alternatively, a Council Member
could make a motion for each amendment individually followed by a motion to adopt
the resolution for all amendments as approved by the individual motions. We may also
find that a Council Member may have additional amendments to put forward for
consideration (e.g., a should/shall item).
