Subject: 16212 Los Gatos Blvd Story Poll Exception
We live In Los Gatos, right off Shannon Road and are greatly affected by traffic and parking impacts
resulting from Yoga and Exercise Businesses opening at 5 am and closing after 8 pm. The new
business building will make traffic and parking even worse.
We are also concerned about visual blight of the business building almost 30 feet high with little
setback from the street.
The story poll exception should not be approved to give all Los Gatos residents enough time to see
and suffer the full impact of this developers building on community.
Granting an exception to policy to conceal the full impact of the developers building from all Los
Gatos residents is not right.
