I wanted to reach back out to you to see if we can add this to one of the town agendas. Parking on Loma Alta is
even worse this school year. I beg for you to each take time to drive up this street a few days during school
hours to assess the situation. This is not only a issue for finding parking neir our homes but is also decreasing
our property values significantly!

I om writing ogoin to osk the fown to odd permit only porking on Lomo Alto Avenue os fqr os
Spreckles.
Mony of the homes on Lomo Alto do not hove drivewoys so there is nowhere for home owners to
pork neor their homes during school hours. The increase in speeding cors in the neighbourhood
hos olso increosed. We hove o lot of fomily ond f riends who con no longer pop in for guick visits
during the week becouse porking is non-existent.
Our street no longer feelslike a town street but rother like o busy city street during school
hours. There ore concerns thot home volues will decrease due to our street now looking like o
ponking lot ond oll the octivity os students come ond go. Our guoint guiet street hos oll but
disoppeored.
When Los 6otos permitted the other surrounding streets they reolly offected the Lomo Alto
residents. I know the town is looking for alonger term plon but until then I om hoping thof the
town will move forword with permitting on Lomo Alto so thot we con oll ogoin sofely novigote the
neighbourhood ond thot residents hove porking ovoiloble for their guests ond themselves.
f know thot you hove been responsive to resident issues in the post, and I hope thot you will

Subject: Non-hillside fence height Ordinance Amendment
At last evening's Town Council meeting, ltem 14 included proposed changes to the non-hillside fence height ordinance to
allow seven foot privacy fences which includeone foot of lattice on top. However lhis non-hillside change was not even
discussed by the Council, other than my very brief testimony, and was ovenrrrhelmed by the discussion of hillside wildlife-
friendly fences.
I believe my concerns, which were documented in the Council's document package and Planning Commission
minutes, regarding fence height code non-compliance and unwillingness of most residents to pay a waiver fee should be
taken seriously and given a fair hearing by the Council. I request that the non-hillside fence height ordinance change
proposed in ltem 14 be given another hearing by Council and treated completely separately from the hillside fence issue.
