FIRST A1\TENDI}IENT TO AGREEMENT
This FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is dared for identificarion lhis 5s day of
April, 2016 and amends thal certain Agreement for Services dared April 9, 2014, made by and
between the Town ofLos Gatos, ("Town,") and West Coast Arborists, lnc.("Service Provider").
RECITALS
Town and Consultant entercd into an Agrecment for Services on April 9, 2014
Agreement"), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by referorce as
Exhibit A to this Amendment.
B. Per Council action on April 7, 2014 lo approve the original agreemem with West Coasr
Arborists, the Town Manager retains the ability to extend the agreement annually, for up
to two years (to June 30, 2018) in the amounl of $ 100,000 per year based on budger
availability.
AMENDMENT
I . Section 2.6 Comoensation is amended to read as follows: Compensation for services for
the period July l, 2015 duough June 30, 2016 shall nor exceed $160,000.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
