Dear Council,
In response to the notice mailed to me, I will not be able to attend the PublicHearing so will provide my feedback by email. I hope you will consider it.
As someone who resides directly across the street from the LG Coffee Roasting Co
on Main Street (I can see the storefront from my window) and a >15-year patron of
Teri's business, I'd like to submit my enthusiastic support to approve the Conditional
Use Permit Application U-16-008.
I believe the music entertainment and the alcohol sales will benefit this section ofdowntown with more of the respectful and delightful clientele that LGCR Co. alreadyattracts.
Personally, I will enjoy the tangible sights and sounds of happy people celebrating
life just outside my window.
