Dear Town Council,
I will miss tomorrow night's Council Meeting. I will miss thanking each of you face to face. So, via this
email, I want to express my deep appreciation for your patience and persistence over the last two years
to provide a fair and cost effective solution for reconstruction of the streets in the Almond Grove. I
would like also to acknowledge the transparency and hard work of the staff to hire competent engineers
and openly share the step by step process with residents. This is the way local government is supposed
to work.
