ADOPT AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING A
ZONE CHANGE FROM PRE-ZONE HR-5 TO HR-2½:PD AT 15215 SHANNON
ROAD. APN 537-25-002.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance effecting a zone change from Pre-zone HR-
5 to HR-2 ½:PD at 15215 Shannon Road that was introduced at the Town Council meeting of
April 4, 2017.
DISCUSSION:
On April 4, 2017, the Town Council considered and voted to: adopt the Mitigated Negative
Declaration for the proposed project; adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program;
and introduce an ordinance effecting a zone change from Pre-zone HR-5 to HR-2 ½:PD at 15215
Shannon Road. If the Council adopts the ordinance (Attachment 1), it would be effective on
May 18, 2017.
