The following are recent comments from neighbors living
next to these huge mega homes in Blossom Hill Manor,
which is County property.
Similar comments were voiced by Hilow homeowners:
•Very upset with the size and mass of the new home but
we could do nothing because it is county.
•The loss of our privacy when we are in the backyard or
even in the house.
•Changed the total look of the street.
•The design is ugly. No architectural design at all.
•The design looks like a box dropped on the property.
•Cheap material used when building the house.
•Too massive. Doesn’t fit in the neighborhood. Loss of
the view of the mountains.
•Hilow Road is governed by Los Gatos building rules and
regulations.
•There are four or five more homeowners waiting on the
outcome of this application on Hilow Road to build up
and out.
•Don’t open the flood gates that will change the
neighborhood forever.
•Please deny the application for 16362 Hilow Road.
