Dear Council Member Leonardis,
Regarding the Wine Cellar application as noted above I would like to offer my
opinion as to the Wine Cellar Application allowing indoor entertainment before
I O:OOPM.
As a resident of Edelen A venue for over 20 years and a very close neighbor of the
Wine Cellar, I would like to recommend that you vote to allow The Wine Cellar
the permit for entertainment before 1 O:OOPM. In my experience, they have been
"good neighbors," and based on the type of clientele I see on a regular basis and
my own visits to the restaurant, I do not feel that they will abuse this vote.
I believe that entertainment, with the restrictions as stated, will offer a plus to the
Old Town experience and will not be a detriment to our neighborhood.
