REMARKS:
Staff prepared a conceptual layout of off-site improvements (Exhibit 15) after distribution of the
staff report. The conceptual off-site layout improvements include:
• Approximately two to three off-street parking spaces on Union A venue and nine off-
street parking spaces on Blossom Hill Road;
• One straight/left turn lane and a lane to tum right;
• Curb, gutter, sidewalks along Union Avenue and Blossom Hill Road; and
• Pedestrian crossing improvements.
