RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
CONVERTING THREE UNLIMITED PARKING SPACES TO THE EDELEN PREFERENTIAL
PARKING DISTRICT (GRAYS LANE)
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -44, "Parking
Regulation', the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos hereby establish the following
traffic regulation:
A portion of Grays Lane is hereby converted to Resolution 1989 -186
prohibiting parking except by permit as stated in Resolution 1989 -186.
The converted parking area is situated on the south side of Grays Lane, from
University Avenue to 83 feet west of University Avenue, as shown on the
attached Exhibit A, and is for the use of Edelen Preferential Parking District
only.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed
to install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public
of this action.
Rescission of Prior Resolutions - Any other prior resolutions in conflict
herewith are hereby rescinded.
