RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING OPTION AND PURCHASE AGREEMENTS
FOR 17 AND 25 FIESTA WAY
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to build a larger library, and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to maintain the library in a downtown location, and
WHEREAS, the best site for a new library is on level ground, and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to integrate the library site into the Civic Center
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council authorizes option
and purchase agreements to acquire properties at 17 and 25 Fiesta Way, and that the
Council authorizes the Mayor to sign option agreements and the Town Manager to sign
purchase agreements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos California held on the 15th day of July, 1991 by the following vote:
