RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
COMMENDING HELEN OLIVER
OF THE LOS GATOS ARTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Helen Oliver has served the Town of Los Gatos as a commission
member of the Town's Arts Commission since January, 1987; and,
WHEREAS, during this period, she has unselfishly contributed her time,
energies and capabilities to both the Arts Commission and the community, and has assisted
the Commission on special projects including, but not limited to:
• Chair of the Commission
• Chair of Public Arts Committee
• Chair of Renaming of Local Streets Project
• Chair of Arts Citizen of the Year Selection Committee
• Artworks Selection Committee
• Networking the Arts Committee
• Arts Award Project Committee
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding public service
deserves special recognition;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: that the Los Gatos Town Council
does hereby render, with genuine appreciation, its gratitude and commendation to Helen
Oliver for her service to the Town and its citizens as a commission member of the Town's
Arts Commission.

Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 15th day of July, 1991, by the following vote:
