RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
COMMENDING ETHEL S. WORN
OF THE LOS GATOS ARTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Ethel S. Worn has served the Town of Los Gatos as a
commission member of the Town's Arts Commission since October, 1983; and,
WHEREAS, during this period, she has unselfishly contributed her time,
energies and capabilities to both the Arts Commission and the community, and has assisted
the Commission on special projects including, but not limited to:
• Chair of the Commission for Two Terms
• Chair of the Music in the Plaza
• Chair of the Networking the Arts Committee
• Los Gatos Center for the Arts Committee
• Transient Occupancy Tax Committee
• Joint Auction Committee
• Grant Evaluation Committee
• Brochure Committee
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding public service
deserves special recognition;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: that the Los Gatos Town Council
does hereby render, with genuine appreciation, its gratitude and commendation to Ethel S.
Worn for her service to the Town and its citizens as a commission member of the Town's
Arts Commission.
