RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
INITIATING PROCEEDING FOR THE FORMATION OF
LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
(Pursuant to the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972)
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos resolves:
1. The Town Council proposes to form an assessment district pursuant to the
Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 (Section 22500 and following, Streets and
Highways Code) for the purpose of maintaining the landscaping and lighting of the
public areas of Tract No. 8439.
2. The proposed assessment district shall be designated Assessment District No. 2,
Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and shall include the
land shown on the map designated, "Assessment Diagram, Assessment District No.
2, Town of Los Gatos, Santa Clara County, California," which map is on file with the
Town Clerk and is hereby approved.
3. The Acting Town Engineer of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby designated engineer
the purpose of these formation proceedings. The Town Council hereby directs the
engineer to prepare and file with the Town Clerk a report in accordance with Article
4 of Chapter 1 of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.

regular meeting held this 15th day of July, 1991, by the following vote:
