RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ORDERING THE MAINTENANCE OF THE IMPROVEMENTS AND THE FORMATION OF
LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos resolves:
1. On this date the Town Council adopted its Resolution Initiating Proceedings for the
formation of Landscape and Lighting Assessment District No. 2, Town of Los Gatos,
Santa Clara County, California, and directed the preparation and filing of an
Engineer's Report on the proposed formation.
2. The Engineer of the proceedings has filed an Engineer's Report with the Town
Clerk.
3. Owners of all land within the boundaries of the proposed assessment district have
filed their consent to the formation of the proposed district without notice or
hearing, and to the adoption of the Engineer's Report and the levy of assessments
stated therein.
4. The Town Council hereby orders the maintenance of the improvements and the
formation of the assessment district described in the Resolution Initiating
Proceedings and in the Engineer's Report.
5. The Town Council hereby confirms the diagram and assessment contained in the
Engineer's Report, and levies the assessment for the fiscal year 1991 -1992.

regular meeting held this 15'h day of July, 1991, by the following vote:
