RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING A HOUSING REHABILITATION GRANT TO
SPARK FOUNDATION, INC. AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A STANDARD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
AGREEMENT WITH THE SPARK FOUNDATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town of Los Gatos that the Town 1) approve a
Housing Conservation Program grant to the Spark Foundation, Inc., in the amount of
$9,800.00 for housing rehabilitation services to be performed at its residence located at 109
Calle el Padre, and 2) authorize the Town Manager to enter into a standard Community
Development Block Grant agreement which is attached to Resolution 1991 -197 (Resolution
of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos Authorizing the Town Manager to Execute
Agreements with FY 1991 -92 Nonprofit Grantees) as Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 21st day of October, 1991, by the following vote:
