RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR
MAP AND IMPROVEMENT PLAN CHECKING SERVICES
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the TOWN OF LOS GATOS enter into Agreements for Map and
Improvement Plan Checking Services with BSI Consultants, Inc., Greiner, Inc. Pacific dba
Bissell and Karn, Inc. and Willdan Associates.
FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that the
Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the attached three agreements for
Map and Improvement Plan Checking Services, in the name and in behalf of the TOWN
OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 21st
day of October, 1991, by the following vote:
