RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS TO PREPARE ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORTS FOR A NINE -LOT SHANNON ROAD SUBDIVISION AND A
27 -LOT SHADY LANE SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of
Santa Clara, State of California enter into two separate agreements to prepare two
Environmental Impact Reports with Environmental Science Associates, Inc. and that the
Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said agreements in the
name and in behalf of the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 18th day of November, 1991, by the following vote.
