RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPOINTING A BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO ADMINISTER
THE DOWNTOWN LOS GATOS BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Town Council adopted Ordinance No. 1876 establishing the
Downtown Los Gatos Business Improvement District on November 4, 1991; and
WHEREAS, Section 1.045 of the Ordinance requires a Board of Directors to
administer the Business Improvement District for the Town; and
WHEREAS, Section 1.045 of the Ordinance requires the Town Council appoint
an initial Board of Directors from a list submitted by the Business Improvement District
Formation Committee; and
WHEREAS, the attached fist (Exhibit A) is submitted by the Business
Improvement District Formation Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos appoints
the persons on the attached list for the terms noted to serve on the Downtown Los Gatos
Business Improvement District Board of Directors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 18th day of November, 1991 by the following
vote:
