RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPOINTING THE TOWN
MANAGER AS ACTING DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PERFORMING THE RESPONSIBILITIES SET FORTH IN
TOWN CODE SECTION 2 -7(b)
WHEREAS: The Town Code Section 2 -7 (b) authorizes the Director of Public
Works to accept conveyances to the Town of interests in real property; and
WHEREAS: The organizational structure of the Town has changed since adoption
of Section 2 -7 (b) so that the Town no longer has a Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS: It is necessary to delegate this authority.
RESOLVED: That the Town Manager is hereby authorized to act as the Director
of Public Works for the purposes of accepting conveyances of interests in real property as
set forth in the Town Code Section 2 -7 (b).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 2nd day of December, 1991 by the following vote.
