A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH LOUISE DRONKERT
FOR USE OF PROPERTY AT 664 N. SANTA CRUZ AVENUE
FOR POLICE TRAINING
WHEREAS, The Town wishes to enter into an agreement with Louise Dronkert for
use of the property located at 664 N. Santa Chrz Avenue for police training,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos that the Town of Los Gatos enter into an agreement with Louise Dronkert (a copy
of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A) for use of the property located at 664 N. Santa
Cruz Avenue, Los Gatos, for police training, and that the Town Manager is authorized, and
hereby directed, to execute said agreement in the name, and in behalf, of the Town of Los
Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of December, 1991, by the following vote:
