RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
COMMENDING VALORIE HILL
OF THE LOS GATOS ARTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Valorie Hill has served the Town of Los Gatos
as a commission member of the Town's Arts Commission since July 1,
1989; and,
WHEREAS, during this period, she has unselfishly
contributed her time, energies and capabilities to the Commission
and the community, and has assisted the Commission on special
committee projects including, but not limited to, the following:
- Town Logo
- Grant Evaluation
- Brochure
- Public Art
- Music in the Plaza
- Art Ordinance
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding public
service deserves special recognition;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: that the Los Gatos Town Council
does hereby render, with genuine appreciation, its gratitude and
commendation to Valorie Hill for her service to the Town and its
citizens as a commission member of the Town's Arts Commission.
