1992-034-Continuing Schedule of Services Fees for Building, Community Services, Engineering, General Administrative Services, Library, Parks, Forestry and Maintenance, Planning, and PoliceRESOLUTION 1992 -34 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS CONTINUING SCHEDULE OF SERVICE FEES FOR BUILDING, COMMUNITY SERVICES, ENGINEERING, GENERAL ADMINISTRATION SERVICES, LIBRARY, PARKS, FORESTRY AND MAINTENANCE, PLANNING, AND POLICE AND AMENDING CERTAIN FEES FOR PLANNING AND REPEALING PREVIOUS RESOLUTIONS RESOLVED, that the imposed fees for Building, Community Services, Engineering, General Administration Services, Library, Parks, Forestry and Maintenance, Planning, and Police Departments as shown on Exhibit A be continued. RESOLVED, that the revised fees for Planning will be effective 60 days from date of adoption of this resolution. RESOLVED, that in exceptual circumstances where justice demands and a specific privilege would not be created, the Town Council may, in its discretion, waive all or a portion of any fees prescribed by the Town. Fee exemptions should be limited to the following: ■ Traffic impact fees for Below Market Price residential units ■ Various fees for affordable housing developments BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution repeals Resolutions No. 1991 -94 and 1991 -138.
