RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ORDERING THE VACATION OF PUBLIC STORM DRAIN AND
PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS AT 116 CALFHILL COURT

WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos has proceeded under the
provisions of Division 9, Part 3, Section 8330, et seq., of the Streets and Highways Code,
concerning the vacation of portions of public storm drain and public service easements
located in the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of
easements approximately ten (10) feet in width, and located near the northerly property line
of 116 Calfhill Court, more particularly described on Exhibit "A' entitled, "Description of
Portions of Excess Public Storm Drain and Public Service Easements to be Abandoned (116
Calfhill Court) by the Town of Los Gatos ", attached hereto, the easements depicted on
Exhibit "A" and attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code, Section
8333(a), the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos declares that the Easements are
excess and are not needed for storm drainage and other public utility purposes.
RESOLVED, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos finds from all of the
evidence submitted that the Easements are unnecessary for present or prospective storm
drainage and other public utility purposes, and hereby vacates the Easements.

FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this Order,
attested by her under the Seal of the Town, to be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara. From and after the date this resolution is recorded,
the Easements shall no longer constitute a public service easement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 2nd day of March, 1992, by the following vote:

California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly comer of Tract 5133, also being the northeasterly comer of Lot 11,
116 Calfhili Court and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; running thence along the northwesterly line of the
tract boundary, N 65' 15' 05' W, 124.1 feet; thence N 329 23' E, 10.09 feet; thence S 65° 15' 05' E 115.9
feet; thence along the easterly line of Lot 11 bearing N 65° 10' 45' E, 13.14 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Containing .029 acres of land more or less.
Public Service Easement:
All that real property situated in the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
more particularly described as follows:

116 Calfhdl Court; running thence along the northeasterly tract boundary and bearing N 65. 15'05- W 129.15
feet; thence running along the westerly line of Lot 11 S 32' 23' W 5.05 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence S 65' 15'05' E 116.2 feet; thence N 65. 10'45' E 6.57 feet; thence bearing N 65' 15'
