RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE
AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH GEOMATRIX
TO OVERSEE REMEDIATION OF CONTAMINATION AT PARKING LOT 4
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos contract with Geomatrix to oversee
remediation of contamination at Parking Lot #4, and that the Town Manager is authorized,
and is hereby directed, to negotiate and execute a contract in the name and on behalf of
the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 2nd day of March, 1992 by the following vote:
