RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DESIGNATING THE ASSISTANT TOWN MANAGER AS AN ENFORCING OFFICER
AS DEFINED BY TOWN CODE SECTION 13.20.015(f)
WHEREAS, the Town Code section 13.20.015(f) authorizes the Town Council to
designate an enforcing officer to take action on behalf of the Town in response to an
unauthorized discharge of a hazardous material;
WHEREAS, the appointment of an additional Enforcing Officer is desirable to
ensure orderly enforcement and administration of Article II of Chapter 13;
RESOLVED, that the Assistant Town Manager is hereby designated an Enforcing
Officer for purposes of taking action on behalf of the Town in response to an unauthorized
discharge of hazardous material as described in Town Code Chapter 13.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 9th of March, 1992 by the following vote.
