RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO CONTRACT
WITH A REAL ESTATE AGENT AND APPRAISER
FOR THE SALE OF TOWN OWNED PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 817 WEST I STREET
IN BENICIA, CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into a contract with a qualified
real estate agent and a qualified real estate appraiser to represent the Town in evaluating
and selling Town owned property located at 817 West I Street in Benicia, California, and
that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said contract in the
name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 23rd day of March, 1992 by the following vote:
