RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING RESTRICTED PARKING AREA
140 WEST MAIN STREET (OPERA HOUSE)
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to
restrict a parking area limited to three (3) parking spaces between the crosswalk in front
of the Opera House (140 West Main Street) and the intersection of West Main Street and
University Avenue. The parking restrictions are to allow passenger drop off and loading
for the Opera House Banquet facility on Mondays - Fridays from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM and
Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
RESOLVED, that this parking time limit change is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of April 1992, by the following vote:
