A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ADOPTING THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS BASIC EMERGENCY PLAN
WHEREAS, the existing Town of Los Gatos Emergency Plan was adopted July 19,
1976 by Resolution Number 1976 -95 and was last amended in January, 1980, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos that the attached Town of Los Gatos Emergency Plan, listed as Exhibit A, is hereby
adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of April, 1992, by the following vote:
