TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR
SALE OF TOWN PROPERTY AT 817 I STREET
BENICIA CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED, that Cupertino National Bank is authorized to execute documents
necessary for the sale of Town property located at 817 I Street, Benicia, California for a sale
price between $172,500- $175,000.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 20th day of April, 1992 by the following vote:
