RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DIRECTING THE FILING OF AN ANNUAL REPORT FOR
LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
WHEREAS, there are no proposed new improvements or substantial changes in
existing improvements for Los Gatos Landscape and Lighting Assessment District No. 1,
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, pursuant to Section
22622 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, that
Michael La Rocca, Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services, be and
hereby is designated as the Engineer of Work for Landscape and Lighting Assessment
District No. 1, and is directed to file an annual report in accordance with the provisions of
the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972; and
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of July, 1992, by the following vote.
